What is a rush order, and do I need one?
If you require your bespoke veil/headpiece within four weeks of the order date, please contact our team with your time frame and bespoke vision. We will endeavour to complete your piece in time for your special day!
Initial rush order fees start at $50, this may vary depending on the deadline. However this will be discussed with you personally during the initial consultation.
Our current lead time for the 2024 collection is four weeks. The rush order does not apply to the 2024 collection.
What materials do you use?
We source our tulles in Australia. All our tulles are 100% recycled from plastic bottles, polyester and yarn off cuts. This results in a beautiful and an environmentally conscious tulle. We also source luxury bridal materials from discontinued designs that would otherwise end up in landfill.
We are striving to use as many recycled and environmentally friendly materials as possible.
Can I order a sample of the tulle?
Of course, you can order a sample of our tulles in the veil section.
If you are purchasing a custom piece, a sample of the tulle will be included in the consultation process.
Can you create the same piece as another designer?
No. We value creativity and ensure our pieces are unique. We are happy to draw inspiration from other pieces that you love but we will not replicate.
Can I request a different comb or clip for my veil?
Yes, at the checkout there is a section to alter the comb or opt for pins. If you missed this or would like to change your selection please contact or team at info@saharabridal.com.au with your name and phone number.

All pieces are shipped from Port Macquarie, NSW Australia
Standard shipping with Australia post $10 AUD
Express Shipping with Australia post is $20 AUD
Do you ship internationally?
Not as a standard procedure, if you love the veils and wish to purchase outside of Australia, please email us at info@saharabridal.com.au
Do you offer refunds?
Here at Sahara Bridal we strive to create Bridal pieced that you will love by providing a unique and quality service. Using on the finest and sustainable materials.
Countless hours go into creating our pieces. As they are all handmade by Sarah, in Port Macquarie Australia.
We have a 5 day returns for change of mind on the Sahara Bridal Collection pieces. Items must be in their original state and unworn. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot offer returns on Bespoke Bridal pieces or Sahara Bridal Collection pieces that have been altered.
If you have followed our “how to care for your veil” and are still having issues with your Sahara Bridal piece, please contact our team at info@saharabridal.com.au we may be able to fix your existing piece or create a new piece for you.
