Here at Sahara Bridal we strive to create Bridal pieces that you will love by providing a unique and quality service. Using only the finest and sustainable materials.
Countless hours go into creating our pieces, as they are all handmade by Sarah, in Port Macquarie Australia.
Do you offer refunds for change of mind?
We have a 5 day returns for a change of mind on the Sahara Bridal Collection pieces. Items must be in their original state and unworn. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot offer returns on Bespoke Bridal pieces or Sahara Bridal Collection pieces that have been altered.
What if my Bridal piece is faulty?
If you have followed our “how to care for your Sahara Bridal piece” and are still having issues with your Sahara Bridal design, please contact our team at info@saharabridal.com.au we may be able to fix your existing piece or create a new design for you.
Arranging a refund, exchange, exchange for store credit
Customers must, at their cost, return their product to Sahara Bridal within 5 days of receiving the product using Sahara Bridals preferred carrier (Australia Post). The Bridal Veil or Accessory must be in a perfect, resellable condition to be eligible for exchange, store credit or refund.

If it is, Sahara Bridal will provide the customer with a store credit, exchange or refund. The customer must use the store credit within two years.
You must inform Sahara Bridal via email info@saharabridal.com.au with your personal details, reason for returning the product and preference of a refund or exchange. Ensure the Bridal Veil or Accessories is carefully and securely packed.
